Naperville St. Patrick's Day Parade 2026

Weber Dance Unit number 21

Our unit number 21 (directly behind the Naperville park District Unit) will meet at the south end of Naperville HS lining up along the drive near the tennis courts just off of Mill Street.

Start Location: Naperville North High School, 899 N. Mill Street, Naperville End Location: Porter & Webster near Naperville Central High School The Parade will start at 10AM, and should be completed by noon. We ask all participants to arrive by 9:00am. (The parking lot opens at 8:30 and there is very limited parking). 

Mandatory attire for all Weber students is as follows:

·       Black pants

·       Either green long sleeved Weber Logo T-shirt or hooded sweatshirt

·       OR white or black “Weber Irish Dance” T-Shirt over a white or black sweatshirt, respectively

·       Comfortable walking shoes—DO NOT WEAR YOUR DANCING SHOES!!

March parades are always a little unpredictable, when it comes to weather. If it is cold please remember to bring your hat, scarf, and gloves so that we can have a warm, enjoyable parade! Each dancer must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout the parade. The chaperones will be marching behind the dancers and are not required to wear the students’ mandatory attire, although Weber Pride is always appreciated.

DROP-OFF, PICKUP & PARKING

Always allow extra time on parade morning, as there will obviously be a lot of traffic converging upon the staging area at once. Parking at Naperville North High School (NNHS) is more limited this year due to construction. Walking participants must be dropped off on the north side of NNHS. Temporary parking is available along with street parking in the vicinity of the staging area. After the parade, parking is available on Hillside Road near Naperville Central High School (NCHS) for marcher pick-up.

Please respect the directions given by Naperville Police officers and West Suburban Irish volunteers at the staging area. They are doing their best to get everyone where they need to be as quickly as possible.

REMINDERS: The Parade is a family event, and takes place on public property. Please conduct yourselves appropriately. Please no alcohol before or during the Parade. Please do not throw candy or other objects.

Per City of Naperville policy, no concealed carry weapons are permitted in the Parade

***FOR THOSE DANCERS WHO ORDERED A CHILD MEDIUM T-SHIRT, THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE PARADE. JUST SEE ONE OF THE INSTRUCTORS.  YOU WILL JUST PUT YOUR SHIRT ON OVER THE CLOTHES BEING WORN TO KEEP WARM.***
