Sheila O'Connor
Sheila took over the dance school in 2022 after the well earned retirement of founders Toni & Madeleine Weber. She was, first, their student, then a teacher and now proudly the dance director. She continues to run the school with the traditions established when the school first began. When not teaching dance, Sheila is a special education teacher and case manager in the public school system.
Katie Olifirowicz
Katie danced with Weber Irish Dance from 1st grade through her senior year of high school and continued dancing for four years with her college’s Irish dance club. She was invited back to Weber post-graduation as a dance teacher working with the Choreography students (although you may see her occasionally in regular classes). Outside of dance, Katie works as Project Lead within the IT space assisting companies with their digital transformations.
Kate Schwartz-Jakocko
Kate is proud to have been a Weber Irish dancer and a student of Madeleine and Toni Weber. She has been teaching with Weber since she was in high school. She values the collaborative ethic and performance centered aspects of Weber Irish Dance. When not teaching dance, Kate is a high school social studies teacher and a mom to three kids who are second generation Weber dancers.
